MEET SARAH

I’m Sarah Jazwiecki, founder of The Drinkers Choice Club. After more than two decades working in hospitality and behind the bar, I created The DCC as a place to bring together the drinks, people, brands and experiences that make this industry what it is.

The DCC combines the parts of the industry I know and love. The Cocktail Directory brings together classic and traditional cocktails alongside Sip Smarter alternatives for those looking for ways to enjoy familiar drinks with less sugar, carbs or calories.

Through DCC Insider, I step beyond the recipes to tell the stories behind the industry, from spirits brands and founders to restaurants, bars, events and the people building what comes next.

Now based in the Tampa Bay area, I’m continuing to grow The DCC through industry coverage, local hospitality, partnerships and experiences while staying connected to what started it all: the drinks and the people behind them.
