Hi, I’m Sarah Jazwiecki, founder of The Drinkers Choice Club and a hospitality and beverage professional with more than 20 years of experience behind the bar.

The Drinkers Choice Club was created from a love of great cocktails, the hospitality industry, and the experiences that happen around them.

Here, there’s room for all of it.

The classics that have earned their place behind the bar. Traditional cocktails made the way they were meant to be made. And Sip Smarter recipes that take a lighter approach to sugar, carbs, and calories without taking away what makes a cocktail worth drinking.

But The Drinkers Choice Club has become about more than what’s in the glass.

Now that Tampa is home, I’m taking DCC beyond the bar with #MyTampa, sharing what I find throughout Tampa Bay, Florida, and beyond.
