A modern vanilla and passion fruit cocktail served with sparkling wine on the side.

Chilled Cocktail Glass

THE TRADITIONAL

1¾ oz Vanilla Vodka
¾ oz Passion Fruit Liqueur
1¾ oz Passion Fruit Puree
2 bar spoons Vanilla Sugar
1¾ oz Champagne, Served on the Side

INSTRUCTIONS

Shake vanilla vodka, passion fruit liqueur, passion fruit puree, and vanilla sugar with ice. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Serve the Champagne in a separate small glass.

THE SIP SMARTER

1 oz Vanilla Vodka
½ oz Passion Fruit Liqueur
1 oz Passion Fruit Puree
½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz Soda Water
1 oz Brut Sparkling Wine, Served on the Side

INSTRUCTIONS

Shake vodka, passion fruit liqueur, puree, and lime juice with ice. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Serve the Brut sparkling wine on the side.
