THE TRADITIONAL

2 oz Rye Whiskey
¼ oz Simple Syrup
3 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
Absinthe Rinse

INSTRUCTIONS

Rinse a chilled rocks glass with absinthe. Stir rye, simple syrup, and bitters with ice, then strain into the prepared glass without ice.

THE SIP SMARTER

1 tsp Sugar-Free Simple Syrup
3 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
