"Uncovering the Latest Craze: The Oh! So! Trending Espresso Martini"

The espresso martini has taken the bar industry by storm. These popular caffeinated cocktails are one of the bar industries growing trends and seem to have the domino effect. Once one is ordered everyone seems to want one and the tickets start flowing in at the service station one by one. It's no surprise why on a busy night, bartenders will often tell you the espresso martini is not their favorite cocktail to make because of how time consuming they are to create, but fear not, as a bartender myself, we will always hustle to get that cocktail to you in a timely manner. 

The espresso martini consists of a coffee flavored vodka, Kahlua, a sweetener and a shot of espresso or in some cases a shot of cold brew. Now don't get me wrong there are many variations of the espresso martini, and the debate continues whether Irish cream is a favorable ingredient or even another spirit, like, dare I say, a bourbon? Personally, I can go either way and it's fun to mix it up, no pun intended. wink
